• Investigate, evaluate and resolve assigned claims to achieve appropriate
outcomes.
• Serve as a mentor and coach for more junior claims representatives
within the department.

the statutory accident benefits schedule (SABS) and appropriate legislation.
• Assess and establish AB loss and expense reserves.
